Iryna Yakimovich
I have been working as a personal fitness trainer for over 10 years, creating individualized programs and leading classes consisting of free weight, kettlebells, body weight, and resistance & suspension training- as well as aerobic activities. I have worked with a variety of clients and specialize in creating tailored programs that match the skills set and fitness goals they seek to achieve. I take my time in assessing clients: discussing needs, history and goals, and tracking progress to develop sustainable, yet dynamic, step-by-step plans that feel like anything but an obligation.
I lead by example and empower clients by regularly doing workouts together with them.

My Life Fitness
I opened My Life Fitness in 2020. The studio has all the equipment we will need for our session, including but not limited to: kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, a squatting rack, stability and resistance training equipment, etc.
